April 2, 2008 Two Jackson County men found guilty in separate cocaine sale trials State Attorney Steve Meadows announces the conviction, in Jackson County Circuit Court, of Reginald A. Baker and Davan D. Dickey, in separate Sale of Cocaine trials. On Wednesday, the one male, five females jury deliberated just 20 minutes before finding that Dickey, BM, DOB: 12-03-1980, of Reddoch Road, Grand Ridge, sold crack cocaine to members of the Jackson County Drug Task Force on April 13, 2007. Sentencing is set for April 22, 2008. On Tuesday, a two males, four females jury deliberated one hour and 20 minutes before finding that Baker, BM, DOB: 9-24-1978, of Allen Street, Graceville, sold crack cocaine to members of the Jackson County Drug Task Force on June 20, 2007. Sentencing is set for Aprill 22, 2008. Both men face the possibility of 15 years in prison for their crimes. |
