Panama City men sentenced to 15 years for dealing in stolen property
State Attorney Steve Meadows announces the sentencing, in Bay County Circuit
Court, of James Matthew Henderson and Carlos G. Boyd to 15 years in prison
for Dealing in Stolen Property.
The pair was convicted, at trial, July 17, 2007, for a July 29, 2006,
incident.
Henderson, BM, DOB: 8-22-1966, 1920 Sherman Avenue, and Boyd, BM, DOB:
7-26-68, 1619 Friendship Avenue, have 13 pending cases, including charges of
burglary, theft, and dealing in stolen property.
Florida law requires an inmate to serve at least 85 per cent of his
sentence.
