The Grand Jury of Bay County, Fall Term, indicted Robert Nathan Sturdivant,
for First Degree Felony Murder and Aggravated Child Abuse.
Sturdivant, BM, DOB: 11-24-1981, of Betty Lane, in Springfield, was charged
with the November 9, 2007, death of Isaiah Howard, two years of age.
Sturdivant was held without bond, based upon the indictment, and will have a
first appearance, before a judge, Saturday morning. An arraignment date will
be set at that time.
