Child molester sentenced to seven years prison.
State Attorney Steve Meadows announces the sentencing, in Bay County Circuit
Court, of William Blackmon, to seven years prison for Lewd or Lascivious
Molestation of a Child.
Blackmon, 35, of Wewahitchka, was convicted of the charge by a Bay County
jury in May. He was convicted of having a child perform oral sex on him.
Circuit Judge Michael Overstreet also ordered the prison sentence to be
followed by eight years community supervision and declared him to be a sex
offender.
